2. Service Appointments

2.1 Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time slot, but specific time requests cannot be guaranteed.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 4 hours notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future services.

2.3 Service Time Windows

We provide service time windows rather than specific appointment times. Our technicians will arrive within the scheduled time window. While we make every effort to be punctual, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Service Fees

Our service includes:

• Diagnosis fee (applicable if repair is not performed)
• Labor charges
• Cost of replacement parts

3.2 Estimates

We provide free estimates for repair costs after diagnosis. The final cost may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, UPI payments, and other digital payment methods. A receipt will be provided for all payments.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

4.1 Service Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers workmanship and replaced parts.

4.2 Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

• Issues caused by customer misuse or negligence
• Problems resulting from power surges or electrical issues
• Damage from external factors beyond our control
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original repair

4.3 Parts Warranty

Replacement parts come with manufacturer warranties, which vary by part and manufacturer. We will provide warranty information for all replaced parts.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service, customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the appliance
• Informing us of any potential hazards (pets, etc.)
• Securing the area around the appliance
• Providing accurate information about the appliance and issues

6. Limitation of Liability

AppliancePro Repair's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Safety concerns
• Harassment of our staff
• Unsafe working conditions
• Non-payment for previous services

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AppliancePro Repair and is protected by copyright laws. Brand names and logos of appliance manufacturers are used for identification purposes only.

9. Changes to Terms
